This month, we dive into the mindful practice of connecting with nature and our role in it through the beautiful book Braiding Sweetgrass. Written by Robin Wall Kimmerer, a botanist and Citizen of Potawatomi Nation, this book weaves indigenous wisdom and scientific data to illustrate how our we must become mindful to our connectedness to the natural world.
We both loved this book and recommend it to everyone. Thank you for this gift, Robin Wall Kimmerer.
